STANDING ORDER – strict grid for those who trust an order in general, who need the order, for those who cannot imagine living and striking without regulations, for enemies of chaos

 Alytus Art Strikers are expected:

1        To work socially constructive and useful jobs 8 hours (at least) a day except Mayday* (preferably 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)* *.

2        Tirelessly through the Art Strikers’ Trade Union (if they constitute it) fight for creative unemployment by constituting transient councils and distracting funds directly from beloved and/or hated sources.

3        Orthodox Marxists (by confession or place of living) can go for hunting and fishing, while feral vegetarian Marxists (by confession or place of living) can choose more integral jobs.

4        Social Communists can deal with collecting and distribution of rubbish from the public locations to places it was produced (plugging of the capitalist canalizations included). They also can deal with the food issues and with cloth issues in colder latitudes.

5         Greenpeace activists plant grass and trees.

6         Antiglobalists distract the sexual energy from the cosmos and distribute it to the people (SEXUAL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!).

7        5 p.m. to 10 p.m. – party dinner with cabaret propaganda against sloth artists, sloth art collectioners, critics, curators, spectators and against greedy gallerists, art dealers and agile capitalists of all kind.

8        10 p.m. to midnight – free time for sharpening the knife of criticism.

9        Midnight to 8 a.m. – free time for sleeping and dreaming revolutionary dreams.

10    8 a.m. to 9 a.m. – morning exercises and common mostly organic breakfast (sword fish still a question).

11    Crucial forms of such elements as love, sex and pornography are to be developed in any section, powering thus the strike consciousness.

12    All strikers in any section and any time must create slogans suitable for concrete situation and activity, not respecting any former meanings, connotations or copyrights (for example for writing this standing order: FUCK MACIUNAS!).

*The regulations are written the way to enable their broader applicability.

**All times are stated in local Alytus Art Strike time.
